We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.
Your mission
With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for further developing beyonnex's Enterprise-IoT-Suite and services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position
Together with your team, you develop backend services to monitor and control millions of IoT devices (sensors and actors).
You will use advanced LoRaWAN features to interact with devices in the buildings of our customers.
You will be involved in every part of the software engineering process and in the lifecycle of the services that your team is building - requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, operations and improving software based on user feedback and usage metrics.
You will work closely with our product experts and product owners to build the future of smart energy.
What we need from you
We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
Open minded and eager to learn new things
Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear and concise way (in English)
At least 5+ years practical experience working as a Software Developer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields or comparable education and experience
Proficiency in development with Kotlin, Java or similar (JVM) languages
Optionals, but nice to have
Experience working with AWS
Experience with IoT development
Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus etc
