We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.
Your mission
In close collaboration with our HR team you will support key functions Human Resources, Accounting and Office Operations:

Human Resources

  • Manage administrative HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, feedback cycles, training management.

  • Assist the HR Managers in daily operations and documentation.

  • Create employment contracts and related documents, addendums, and HR-related certificates.

  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process (internal & external)

  • Maintain HR data and systems, including employee records, reporting, and analytics.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR workflows, processes, and tools.

Accounting

  • Review, assign, and book incoming invoices in collaboration with Accounting

  • Collect and prepare data for outgoing invoices.

  • Support travel management processes, including bookings and reimbursement handling.

  • Support with supplier management, including document drafting / tracking, or acting as a point of contact for financial questions.

Organization & Office Support

  • Organize company-wide meetings and team events in cooperation with the People Managers, HR Managers and our Agile Coaches.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Management team, HR, and Legal.

  • Support office operations in collaboration with other team members.

  • Contribute to internal and external communication efforts to strengthen our employer brand and keep employees informed and engaged.

What we need from you
  • Successful completion of a business administration apprenticeship and/or a business administration degree with a focus on personnel topics.

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

  • Proficiency in personnel administration

  • Strong organizational mindset 

  • Team spirit with a friendly and open personality

  • Initial experience in human resources and/or recruitment matters


Nice to have:

  • Initial experience in Active Sourcing

  • Experience in recruitment and communication with applicants

  • Confident use of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with Accounting or HR processes and tools is a plus
