We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.
Your mission
With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for further developing beyonnex's Enterprise-IoT-Suite and services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position:
- Develop individual development plans that align with personal career goals and organisational objectives.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and career mentoring tailored to the unique needs of each Product Owner.
- Give expert guidance on agile best practices, product strategy, and professional growth to build a strong foundation for success.
- Identify skills gaps and create training programs, workshops and learning modules to support professional development.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning sessions, roundtables and forums to foster knowledge sharing and collaborative growth.
- Improve regular feedback loops and performance check-ins that focus on development progress rather than team management.
- Gather insights and feedback from product owners to continuously improve development programs.
What we need from you
We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership or related roles with a proven track record of personal success and continuous learning.
- High level of experience/ interest in coaching, mentoring and personal development in a professional setting.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies (especially Kanban) and product management principles.
- Product enthusiast and experienced people lead
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (C2 level), active listening and very good interpersonal skills
