Your mission
With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for further developing beyonnex's Enterprise-IoT-Suite and services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position
Together with your team, you will develop and extend both our backend infrastructure and software running on embedded linux.
Build and maintain LoRaWAN infrastructures in the buildings of our customer by developing customized embedded software and monitoring services.
Drive the development of new products, evaluate new possibilities and make things happen.
You will work closely with our product experts and product owners to build the future of smart energy.
What we need from you
We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:
At least 8+ years practical experience working as a Software Developer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields or comparable education and experience
Proficiency in Linux System Administration tooling (preferably in the context of Embedded Linux deployments)
Proficiency in Java (or other JVM based languages) and Python Golang
Experience developing distributed systems, preferably following a cloud-native paradigm
Experience working with AWS and IoT Frameworks
Comfortable representing the team in cross-team projects
Optionals, but nice to have:
Experience with AWS IoT Core, LoRa and/or mBUS is a plus
Understanding of GitLab pipelines
German language skills are a plus
